Happy 2010!  Another year, and decade in the books.  2009 was unsatisfing for some, even down right awful.  Fortunately for me, it was neither.  I believe that 2009 could be one of the best years in recent memory, both personally and professionally.  The family is great!  Kids are succeeding, Sammi is coming into her own, Katie is on her way and of corse the Soap Box season.  Wendy is doing really well at her career.  The store has done better than I thought this 1st year.  We have cleaned out all the old junk, remodeled the store front to wide open and inviting.  We even made some headway in bringing customers back into the store that they once swore off.

I guess my thorn this year was the weather and economy did not cooperate in the key months.  The rose is easy.  Even with all that was wrong in the world, we have succeeded in the 1st year, despite all the shots taken at me in the hopes that I fail.  The only other way to think about it is........KIss My ASS!  That goes out to all the DRBs and former anythings.

My uncle always told me, "A dream is the 1st step to reality".  If you don't take any other advise this year, take his.  Dream big, succeed big!  Happy New Year!
